The five pan set we bought seem very good quality, not too heavy, but still very strong and the draining facility is a very good safety feature. The only downside is they stain a little inside, but maybe it's because they are suitable for induction so there has to be more steel in the composition, we have some expensive s/s pans that don't stain, but won't work on our induction hob. Goulds had the cheapest price for this pan set by quite a few pounds, very good value for money.
