Step 1 - Search for your product, you can browse categories or brands on the left hand side or just type in the search box and click search.

Step 2 - Select the product & size (if required) using the 'Please select a product option' drop down box
and 'Add to basket'. Your basket contents and total cost will always be in the top right. You can remove products at any time before going to the checkout.
You can view what's in your basket whilst browsing through the site, by looking on the left of your screen and you will see something like this...

Step 3 - Click to 'View your Basket' (top right)
If you wish to change the quantity of a product: Go to 'View Basket' and there is a column marked 'Update Quantity' - input the number of items of that type you want and press the refresh arrows on the right hand side of the box. Your page will refresh and items will be updated.
When satisfied, proceed to 'checkout'. We will take some information from you such as billing & shipping addresses & contact info.

Step 4 - If you are a new customer then click the button and we will create an account for you.
Your primary address must be where your card payment is registered to. You can add alternative delivery address(s) later. Your account details and password will be emailed to you and you can update your password from the 'My Account' login top right of each page.

Step 5 - You can then select an alternative delivery address if you like, or just click through to ship to the primary address

Step 6 - Payment - You will pass securely to our payment provider Protx who are the largest independent payment service provider in the country, trusted by thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.
First, it will ask you to confirm what payment card you are using, click on the image of the card you will be using.
Then it will ask you to put into your card details – card number, card holder's name, expiry/start date and security code (last 3 digits on the back of card). Input all the information and click 'proceed'. It will then show you the order and the payment details, click 'proceed' for the order to be completed.

Step 7 - Confirmation - You will receive email confirmation of payment and order and you can check the progress of your order at any time through the 'My Account' link top right of the pages. We'll let you know when the order's on the way to you.
