A: There are two ways of searching our products, by browsing or by using the search option. - When browsing through the departments (e.g. Bedroom), just click on the titles on the left hand toolbar to get to these departments. Once you have clicked on a department, further sub categories will appear (e.g. Duvets), you may click on these or on the images on the main part of the screen to view the items. - If you know exactly what you want, please use the search box at the top of the screen and press return to see our product listings. You can type in the name or product code of an item.

We aim to answer your queries and questions as soon as possible. You can also use our new feature which is to ask a question about a specific item by selecting the question tab on the individual item's page and then click 'Ask a Question' and we will try to answer it as quickly as possible.

On the new screen, the items of which you have added to the basket will appear. To get rid of an item, click the rubbish bin icon under the title 'Remove'. A: As a consumer, you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification. To cancel any item on whatever stage it is in - in terms of delivery, you can e-mail, phone or write to us with your details and order number. If you have already received the parcel, we will happily accept any returns - see next question.
A: If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please write your reason for returning the item on separate sheet provided with the parcel and return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 28 days. We will then exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) once we have received the item(s) in our warehouse. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item because you feel it is faulty, please write why the item(s) are faulty on the return form provided, giving as much detail as possible about the fault and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise. A: With the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service, on items that are light and are less than £35 in value, your order will arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch from our warehouse. When the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming this. Parcelforce orders will take between 24-48 hours to be arrive after dispatch from our warehouse - you will be notified which service has been used for your parcel in the confirmation email when the parcel has been dispatched.
