Delivery Charges - UK and Ireland
- UK Mainland - £3. Free delivery applies to orders above £20
- Scottish Highlands & Islands - £6.50. Free delivery applies to orders above £50
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands - £9.99. Free delivery applies to orders above £100
- Republic of Ireland - £20.00. No free delivery option is available to these addresses.
Delivery Methods - UK and Ireland
- All deliveries will need to be signed for.
- Goods that are light and are under the value of £35 will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
- Goods that are heavier and more expensive in value will be delivered using Parcelforce.
- If you require urgent dispatch (at extra cost) such as before 10am or a Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quote.

- £30.00 to: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands. 4 working days transit time*.
- £45.00 to: Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain. 5 working days transit time*.
- £60.00 to: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. 6 working days transit time*.
- £100.00 to: Estonia, Latvia, Romania. 7 working days transit time*.

Stock Availability
- All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 30 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
- Outstanding orders or items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Goulds Online and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.
- If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please write on slip provided with your parcel why you wish to return the item and return the item(s) to us with the products original packaging and labels within 28 days. We will then exchange or refund the cost of the item(s). All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We retain the right to request photographic proof of damage caused to items before offering a refund.
- We will not refund the return postage costs of non-faulty items.
- We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.

- If you wish to return any item because you feel it is faulty, please write explaining what is wrong with the item on the sheet provided with your parcel and send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging. We will then contact you to resolve the matter.

Cosmetics Purchased Online
- We accept cosmetic returns (Clarins) on the basis that the goods have been unopened, unused and are in a re-saleable condition. All packaging including cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Goulds Online retains the right to request photographic proof of damage caused to items before offering a refund.
- If an item does seem faulty, please contact us and we’ll advise you about the next step to take.
Distance Selling Regulations
- You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.
- To cancel any item, you can e-mail, call or write to us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
- Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.
